LOCAL Chocolate Fountain Rentals in Wichita and surrounding areas are for the day stated on the rental contract and include: Premium Chocolate, our services to pre-melt the chocolate, set up, tear down, and clean the fountain, a professional Drip Guard that keeps the serving area attractive looking throughout the event, plus a Personal Attendant for up to 3 hrs., not including our set up and tear down time. Ask about other options to keep the fountain for a longer period of time. NO EXTRA CHARGE for a Topper to personalize the fountain or for decorative assistance to ensure a beautiful presentation. Additional fees apply for out of town deliveries.

LOCAL Champagne, Punch & Beverage Fountain Rentals in Wichita and surrounding areas are used for water, iced tea, punch, and numerous alcoholic beverages. Full service includes set up, tear down, and cleaning. Or, pick up and return the next business day for a reduced fee. Client IS NOT responsible for cleaning.

ALL SHIPPED Rentals are for the day stated on the rental contract and are shipped to arrive at least 1 day prior to the event and shall be returned the following business day after the event, using the FedEx Return Label(s) provided. Client is responsible for properly cleaning equipment following use as designated on the rental agreement and contract, and repacking it to ensure its safe return. Adequate directions are included but an after hours  phone number is provided in the event additional assistance is required.

Questions & Answers - Chocolate Fountain Rentals

Q: How does the Chocolate Fountain work?
A: The fountain base is electrically powered with a heating element that melts the chocolate and maintains a nice warm temperature, and has a motor that drives a stainless steel auger that moves the chocolate upward, over the top of the fountain and onto the multiple tiers.

Q: Will I receive a booking agreement?
A: Yes! We used a Rental Agreement for our local rentals that clearly identifies your event times and location, and rental selections.  Non-local rentals receive an invoice with our Rental Agreement statement, documenting responsibility, shipping dates and return procedure.

Q: Will I need to call you to remind you of my reservation?
A: No, the week of your event, we will contact YOU or your designated contact person to let you know that you're on our schedule, and will confirm details at that time. Of course, you can call us or stop by at any time.

Q: Do I have to provide the dipping items for local rentals?
A: No, we are happy to provide you with a quote so you can concentrate on other party details. You select the items of your choice and we do all of the work; shopping, cleaning, cutting, arranging on attractive display pieces, transporting, and table arrangement.  Keep in mind, most hotels and country clubs will require you to purchase food from them.

Q: Do I need to decorate the chocolate fountain table?
A: Some clients prefer to decorate the table area with only the dipping items but others prefer a more elaborate display to further enhance the chocolate fountain experience! Tables can be decorated to suit the occasion and to any degree of elegance or fun that you desire. If you chose to decorate, the base of the fountain should not be wrapped as it decreases the airflow of the motor which
will impede proper fountain operation.

Q: If I do not live in the greater Wichita area, can I still rent a chocolate fountain for my event?
A: Absolutely! Minimal charges apply for deliveries outside Wichita, KS and if you are not within driving distance, we can ship a fountain to you with detailed instructions.

Q: Are chocolate fountains messy?
A: Not with our professional Chocolate Fountain Drip Guard!  These are attractive looking 100% stainless steel collars that fit perfectly on the fountain base.  They won't catch all of the drips but will keep approximately 95% of the chocolate in the fountain area where it belongs.  These are provided at no additional charge for local rentals.
