Caramel Chocolate Fountain

Thin multi-colored apple slices are
popular dipping items for a caramel chocolate fountain. Other confectionary items and fruits
also make excellent dipping items for a Caramel Chocolate Fountain.
Plain or flavored marshmallows, mini doughnuts,
mini Belgian cream puffs, banana chunks, pineapple
chunks, biscotti and other cookie items like Shortbread, Lady

to keep the fountain flowing perfectly over the chocolate

Apple slices are best sliced very thin. Using a sharp knife,
quarter the apple and then slice each quarter thinly to yield
approx. 25 pieces per apple.
