heights ranging from
25” to 52”. Most of these fountains hold 10 to 35 pounds of chocolate. Home chocolate fountains are typically made of plastic and contain 2-4 pounds of chocolate.
Melted chocolate or chocolate
fondue is transported to the top of the fountain by a
pump or corkscrew auger.
Commercial chocolate fondue fountains move chocolate to the top
of the fountain with an auger, to create an ongoing flow of
