Caramel Sauce Recipe for Chocolate
Fountain
You can make your
own caramel sauce or simply purchase it. If you decide to make
your own, most any recipe will work but keep in mind that your
end result is supposed to be a caramel 'sauce.' If you cook your
caramel too long it will not easily flow over your tiers. If you
would like to simplify this, please visit our Online Store to
purchase.

Maple Syrup 'Chocolate Fountain'
You can make your own
Maple syrup or purchase it. Keep in mind that
you will need to achieve the same consistency

the tiers. Too thin and the auger will not be
able to push it up and over your chocolate
fountain tiers.
Maple Syrup Fountains
are wonderful for breakfast buffets. Serve with French Toast on a stick, sausage on a stick, sausage wrapped with mini pancakes, etc.
Maple syrup will fill the air and is sure to delight your
customers!
