QUESTION:  Are chocolate fountains messy?
ANSWER:  Ours are not! This is a unique feature of our service. See above.

QUESTION:  How does the Chocolate Fountain work?
ANSWER:  The fountain base is electrically powered with a heating element that maintains the temperature of the chocolate and the motor drives a food grade stainless steel auger that pushes the chocolate upward, over the top of the fountain, allowing it to cascade over the fountain's tiers.

QUESTION:  Is chocolate included?
ANSWER:  Yes. Select from traditional flavors: Dark, Milk, Semi-Sweet, or White, or select your favorite color and/or oil based flavor!

QUESTION:  Will I receive a booking agreement?
Answer:  Yes. Wichita chocolate fountain rentals and surrounding areas receive a Rental Agreement that identifies services, event times, location, etc.

QUESTION:  Will I need to remind you of my reservation?
ANSWER:  No. The week of your event, we will contact you or your designated contact person to let you know that you're on our schedule! Of course,  you are welcome to contact us at any time or visit us.

QUESTION:  Do I have to provide the dipping items?
ANSWER:  No, we are happy to provide chocolate fountain Dippers for Wichita chocolate fountain rentals.  Attend to other party details while we do all of the work; shopping, cleaning, cutting, arranging on attractive display pieces, transporting, and ensuring a beautiful table arrangement.  

QUESTION:  Do I need to decorate the chocolate fountain table?
ANSWER:  Tables can be decorated to suit the occasion and to any degree of elegance or fun that you desire. We offer decorative assistance for Wichita chocolate fountain rentals at no additional charge!

QUESTION:  If I do not live in the greater Wichita area, can I still rent a chocolate fountain for my event?
ANSWER:  Yes. Chocolate fountain rentals outside the greater Wichita area, will be charged a small fee to cover expenses. If you are not within driving distance, see our national rental providers.
