Equipment Stability: Due to the weight of commercial chocolate fountains and the need to provide a level surface for a beautiful flow over the fountain tiers, replace the feet on the fountain's base every 12-18 months. Feet can become bent or damaged and while their quality will not impede chocolate flow, it is an inexpensive way to provide additional stability and support to the fountain's base, which will make leveling much easier and operation more carefree.

My Chocolate Fountain Doesn't Look Pretty: You may require more chocolate or the fountain may not be level. Using the appropriate size of fountain for your event is paramount to your chocolate experience. For example,  'home model' chocolate fountains are not appropriate for wedding receptions or other group with over 40 guests. The fountain will not be able to keep up with the demand.
