Commercial Chocolate Fountain - Chocolate Fountains

A commercial chocolate fountain is 100% stainless steel to accommodate Health & Safety regulations and will have an auger system method of pumping chocolate, driven by an electrical motor and temperature controlled thermostat.

A commercial chocolate fountain is a device which is used to serve chocolate or chocolate fondue for parties, wedding ceremonies, corporate functions and general celebrations. Commercial chocolate fountains have multiple tiers that allow the chocolate to flow over each of the tiers in a cascading effect and into the basin that holds the chocolate. Guest dip fruits and pastries into the chocolate or are served at more formal events.

Due to the chocolate fountains recent popularity with chefs, caterers and rental providers, some manufacturers, mostly abroad, manufacture smaller 'home models.' These models should not be confused with commercial chocolate fountains. Most home models have plastic components and are of a smaller size. Plus, these are considered as a disposable novelty kitchen accessory, as they are not made to withstand the rigors of a commercial atmosphere or Health & Safety approved for commercial environments.
