The once dated Champagne
Fountain is back with a vengence and considered 'retro chic.'
Guests enjoy using beverage fountains to serve a
myriad of liquid beverages, including punch, iced tea, water,
lemonade, sparking water, and alcoholic beverages.
Because of the
nice ambiance and self-service aspect of punch
and beverage fountains, customers may use
multiple fountains to accommodate traffic flows.
The same or different recipes can be used for
the various fountains.
Wedding Punch -
Recipe for Punch & Beverage Fountains
2 fifth bottles
Southern Comfort or Bourbon
Juice of 12 Lemons (12 oz.)
1 c. sugar
1 pint very strong tea
2 bottles (56 oz.) Club Soda
Mix thoroughly.
Pour over ice, adding Club Soda last. Decorate with fruit.
Yield: 30 five oz. drinks.
Mai Tai Punch -
Recipe for Punch & Beverage Fountains
3 liters Rum
1 gallon Chablis
1 gallon Orange juice
1 gallon lemonade
1 gallon pineapple juice
Ice to chill. Garnish with fresh
sliced fruit floating in the bowl.
Margarita Punch

3 quarts Triple Sec
3 liters Tequila
9 quarts Sweet and Sour Mix
3 quarts Water
Ice to chill.
Garnish with thinly
sliced fresh limes.
