a French baker, Mr. Guy Demarle (pronounced
Dee-MarL), who wanted to find a better way

non-stick silicone coatings. He is also
credited with inventing the original SILPAT
and his creations have continued to be
improved and expanded upon to provide Chefs,
Pastry Chefs, and Chocolatiers with
exceptional non-stick molds .
Demarle Flexipan®
moulds are unique for combining fiberglass
and high quality food grade silicone,
recognizable by its knitted fabric structure
on the reverse s ide of the mould. The
fiberglass construction further increases
its flexibility and long term durability.

in full and half sized sheets for professional baking
