non-stick silicone coatings. He is also
credited with inventing the original SILPAT
and his creations have continued to be
improved and expanded upon to provide Chefs,
Pastry Chefs, and Chocolatiers with
non-stick molds

Demarle Flexipan®
moulds are unique for combining fiberglass
and high quality food grade silicone,
recognizable by its knitted fabric structure
on the reverse s ide of the mould. The
fiberglass construction further increases
its flexibility and long term durability.
Demarle®
silicone non-stick moulds are available
in full and half sized sheets for professional baking
and confections. These are used and enjoyed
by professional kitchens and home baking
enthusiasts too. Completely non-stick,
Demarle molds are not to be greased, and are
ideal for baked, frozen or refrigerated
foods.
